My goal is to offer a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in connection to yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back and find new paths forward.

I take an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic principles. We’ll identify your strengths, build new skills, and help you move toward greater resilience and well-being.

I am also an EMDR trained therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and have been trained in Nature Informed Therapy.

While change can be uncomfortable and even scary, it is also a powerful step toward becoming unstuck. Even small shifts can open the door to new possibilities and lasting progress toward your goals.
